Okey, thanks for saying that you cannot get addicted.
(Still i think its possible, cuz when you listen to it,it feels
good, and automatically you want to listen to it again
So its kinda addicting..)
And for heart problems.Huh,but, maybe do you know other
program,called "BrainWave generator",in his help,there is warning
"Since BrainWave Generator uses flashes of high frequencies for external visual stimulation of the brain, the following people should not use BrainWave Generator in any case:
• People subject to any forms of seizures or epilepsy
• People using pacemakers
• People suffering from cardiac arrhythmia or other heart disorders
• People taking stimulants, psychoactive drugs, or tranquilizers
If you fall in any of these categories, do not use or even try BrainWave Generator!

If you have any kind of heart disorders, don't try it.
I don't wanna see you dead or something.
" BrainWave Generator uses flashes "
I-Doser doesn't use any kind of flashes that I know of, you don't watch anything ( well I think you CAN watch it ) but just lie down in the bed, dark and quit and listen.
"high frequencies for external visual stimulation of the brain"
That's gonna be a problem for you I think.

No visual or something. So,it works like just sound. And it
has same method like i doser..Damn,im new here, and a little
bit scary for that might happen, for my heart problems.

Yes it's a stimulant. And you most likely shouldn't be on that crap, it does more harm than good. Sure, you might be a little hyper/zone out/get distracted without it, but trust, it's better in the long run. People are usually diagnosed with ADD/ADHD (2 completely different conditions) by overprotective/concerned parents who want their child to be perfect (or school councilors, etc). I know many people who took similar meds for up to 8 years and upon stopping they changed completely. They were changed for the better (anyone who knows them would agree) by stopping. And on a side note, adderall has been linked to several deaths and strokes, so you might wanna cut back until you can eventually stop using it (quit, but in moderation, going cold turkey will fuck you over, but stopping slowly over a long period of time will allow you to avoid some of the side effects of stopping).
Sorry for the tangent, i just hate it when pharm companies do shit to steal money from our pockets...

Yeah, i know it's been linked with stuff like that but you are right, my parents are crazy like that. I know i can focus without it it's just harder but my parents don't beleive me so i still have to take it. i've also been taking it for 4 years now. When i get into highschool (yes, i'm that young) i'm cutting back on that crap.

ok shrimpo, ya, when you get into highschool definately cut back by then. I know someone who was in the same exact position as you, hell, i probably could be diagnosed with adhd and add (i have the "symptoms" of both haha), but im not gonna go pay for some bullshit pharms, id rather deal with it and be just as "normal" as everyone else (half the people i know, if not more, show signs of adhd or add more often than not)...
