How do you get rid of after effects?

ok, so today during class, I got bored. I told my friend about i-doser, and so he tried hand of g-d. He freaked out and everything! lol, it was hilarious! but anyways

he claims to have after effects of some sort.

I do to after listening to anything. But how do you get rid of the effects right away?

Do you use the reset dose? or do you go to sleep and it resets the frequency?

Please help ASAP!

also, don't EVER use hand of god as your first dose. As the description says hand of god is reccomended only for the highly experienced users.
