Which would and wouldnt reccomend for a begginer?

Out of that list, I would reccommend the Peyote dose!
Yeah yeah, I know some people are going to be like "Omg, Peyote is to strong to be a beginner dose" or something along those lines, but really, out of that list, the Peyote one seems to work for more people then the other doses do, so you'd probably have the best chance of actually feeling something if you use the Peyote dose, especially if you are a beginner.

Well I don't think it'd really help real good since you should lay down on the bed, nice and relaxed to achieve the best effects!oh and will sitting on a computer chair help?
I guess cause all the doses are a bunch of "static" and "white noise", so it sounds the same to some people, especially if they are new to I-Doser...?and whydo the dose sounds sound the same?
