wait this aint right .. ?

Post by Hidalgo »

So last night I felt like doin something new so I thought of Theta :-D (yes finally saved up enough money xD)

So everything feels good and I seem like to be falling into my bed, swallowing me like a fluid. And I feel really tired but I couldn't close my eyes .. ? :-P

So it goes on .. and then something REALLY WEIRD happend .. I can't remember when but at a point towards the end (70-90%) After the pitch rises for the second time, I start to see things with my eyes closed. It wasn't very clear, but I thought I saw a dragon flying over.. Then I open my eyes and very quickly I see my walls all shaky and blurry and this strange static comes everywhere .. it's like static on a tv and it's very weird .. I decide to continiue .. and when the dose was ended .. I felt completly fine ..

I've heard and read about this static. Well my question is : Can anyone explain this to me ? And has anybody had the same experience ?

woot I'm trying this again tonight :p i'm hoping on a lucid dream :p or astral projection ... it apears they're very cool :-D

Well the static in your eyes can be HPPD or "White Snow." I have this but, I'm ADHD and take medication. "White Snow" usually occurs with medication but either than that i don't really know... It's probably not HPPD since it went away.

The blurry and shaky wall thing probably isn't the dose, that just happens when your opening your eyes from keeping them closed for a long time but, might be the dose. I havn't taken it yet. :?

Ha dude this happens me on just about every dose. Have you ever had REM (Rapid eye movement) durring a dose? Well your eyes were tired, mixed with Rem. When you opened them they were still twitching, and tired at the same time.

The dragon could have been you going into dream mode, but you were more concious then your mind thought due to the aid of the Theta dose.

I love theta. It is amazing.

yeah.. this is because theta is the natural progression towards sleep, but you probably still had a wide alpha bridge. Sounds like you were dreaming with your eyes open. Seriously.

No, day dreaming is "imagining". Visualizing, etc. Dreaming with your eyes open is when you're in a state where you're experiencing hypnagogia. Sometimes they're just blots and stars, but the deeper your trance, they start to take shape. Anyone who's ever done hallucinogens knows they they have a slight amount of control over what they see in hear, they can focus on certain things to heighten the experience, or ignore less pleasureable aspects of a trip. He just found himself in the very peculiar place of seeing advanced hypnagogic imagery with his eyes open. It only seems strange because closing your eyes is almost the physical switch that allows your brainwaves fall into more relaxed states on mind.

Theta was the one dose I tried that was the strongest. I felt like waves of "astral matter" kept coming upon me. One second I'd be more in reality, the next I'd be more in dreamworld.
