Nitrous -Really weird effect

I was checking out nitrous at my friends house. We were chilling out, and I was staring at some hole in his ceiling(the size of a quarter, they were remodeling).

The ceiling is plain white, and a bit vaulted. I began staring(yes that means i took the dose in mid daylight with my eyes open) at the hole. It is easy for me to concentrate when staring at something, rather than closing my eyes. All of a sudden, the shadows from the shape of the ceiling slowly faded away, and it was just a plain white ceiling with a hole in the middle. Eventually, the ceiling starting changing hue a little bit at a time. it would become a little bit green, then a little bit purple. Not by much. After a while, i started seeing the ceiling all purple(really light, barely noticeable) and the green would come and go in like stripes.




While writing this i googled nitrous, had no idea it caused hallucinations though. I did not expect anything but numbness from this drug, because it sounds like something dentists used to use(maybe it is im not sure). Therefore, it could not have been in my head.


It is hard to explain what it was like, but it was pretty awesome.

That happens whenever you stare at something for long enough, especially a ceiling/wall. do it without the dose today., maybe even while listening to music, the same thing or something like it will happen.

I know what you mean with that, but this one was different.


The green wasn't a solid color. It was like if you got broken glass, traced it on a clear piece of plastic with green, coverred it with green highlighter, and put it on the ceiling.
