i-tunes?

I want to get the i-doses onto my itunes so I can have on iPod and listen to in a comfortable area like your supposed to, but it's the wrong file type. Is there anything I can do to make it go to mp3 or mp4 file type?

Purchase the mp3 packs or simulation CD's
