How is it compared to hash?

I haven't tried the HashQH yet, but MarijuanaQH has some really strange noises midway through that don't let up until the end. It sounds similar to Inhalent at 30% or Andrenochrome at like 85%. I still don't really know what to think of it.

OK, i've heard they're nowhere near as intense as inhalant's though. I think I'll end up trying it.

No, they're not nearly as bad as inhalent's. It's more like andrenochrome. It starts off with a regular beat and then midway through some crackling starts. It sounds like someone just lit a sparkler in your ear, and then a few seconds later it just becomes a weird static tone. I tested it and it is still using a stereo binaural effect with the static, but it just sounds really weird. Not as bad as inhalent, though. In inhalent, the static basically jumps out and attacks you lol.
