Annoying Little Disturbances

Post by ChiliSoup »

Hey! I heard about this from a friend and decided to try it, i have a few tracks now and put them onto a CD so im all set to let the trippin begin. But, i find it very hard to concentrate on the beat, my mind tends to think of some negative things and also how far along in the track I am, and if that wasn't annoying enough, i can feel annoying tension in my feet inbetween my toes, like they need to be moved or 'wiggled'. I also get a very dry mouth or an extra salivated mouth where it feels like i need to down the saliva build up in my mouth.
These are all very distracting, are there anyways to ignore/prevent these?
Thanks :)
