how to perform doses

Post by thehoshow »

when using doses, does one have to be in a dark, quiet room laying down on a bed closing ones eyes?

What are the exact requirements?

What is the frequency range of your earbuds? I have heard that 20Hz to 20kHz is good for i-doser but there have been conflicting reports.

20HZ to 20kHz is the range of the human ear.

I'm just guessing, but I don't think I-Doser would play anything undetectable to your ear. I also don't think they would do those mosquito tones, so right now, I don't think the range needs to go up that high.

headphones

on the front page it says that you need the "required headphones".

There $115. Does it make any difference, can I just use my earbud headphones?

Thanks

No, the required headphones is just the product of some deal they most likely have made with sennheiser. Any stereo headphones will work.
