Listening while reading

Post by Norgak »

Has anyone tried to listen to a dose while reading a book? Does it work? If it does, what's a good dose to use while you are reading.

Well dude, the first time I ever listened to I-Doser I was in Gym class with my friend.

He let me hear "Hand Of God" cause I thought it sounded cool haha and we took a physical fitness and badminton test while I listened to it. Maybe because of the intensity of the dose and it's power I was able to feel crazy effects within 7 minutes. I remember zipping through the test in 5 minutes haha and everyone seemed to be fuzzy and stuff. Which was cool cause it was my first time listening and I felt some CRAZY EFFECTS right away!

But anyway.. I am unsure about any other dose, I know I sorta felt lightheaded and floaty with Cocaine while sitting with my eyes open watching people play badminton (and yes I dose in gym class alot hahah) But as far as reading goes, I don't know

But think about.. if you can count backwards from 100 without messign up the dose, you should be able to read as long as you concentrate on the sound. Right? Cause counting backwards is similar to concentrating on a text in a way. As long as you concentrate on the sounds.

I'm just guessing I mean, I totally have proof Hand Of God works no matter what you are doing, plus all my friends dose in classes with eyes open always to HOG and they have crazy effects occur.

I don't know what advice to give but like Try HOG if you can or Cocaine or anything like that.. just give it a try man!

Well reading does take your mind of the beats because your concentrating on the storyline so i wouldn't reccomend that!

But if you're going to do it then you might aswell try these for reading:

Alpha
Beta
Theta

But mainly GAMMA

french roast twice, gamma , gamma, reset (As I've found out, this balances the amplitude and frequency load for both hemispheres.)

Reset will put you in alpha, allow you to absorb the information unconciously.

French roast will put you at 14 hz, especially twice.

While gamma is running, all the parts are your mind start to communicate with each other, when you read abstract concepts, you'll imagine concrete metaphors, when you read about neurology (the subject I've been feasting on with gamma in hand) you'll imagine myeliar structure and axons and synapses. I find this regimen clocks the brain up high, has it exercise, and then brings it down to a state where the information lingers at the back of your brain. Eventually you'll find all of your faculties start working together more precisely, synchronistically. It's my brain train plan, and it's working fairly well.
