Recently I had an idea about the way the doses are administrated.
Actual doses uses sightly diferences in frequency to "encode" their particular brainwave frequency, and let the brain to mix it and generate the pulsating sound.
What about mixing the waves externaly? Mix the waves in a similar way to the brain does and record it to the file, that way when one plays the sound he hears directly the pulsating sound. This free the brain of the task of mixing the waves and possibly make the doses easier to work.
Moreover, this metod of encoding the wave in intensity variations instead of in the frequencies can solve the mayor problem of the brainwave entrainment
using sound, the impossibility of hearing the low-frequencies needed for direct entrainment.
Thinking in dreammachines, the visual equivalent of idoser like applications, these machines uses the same principle i suggest, high frequency ligth whith pulsating intensity.
Dreammachines work, so my metod have to work too.
One step further, dreammachines dont have to be stereo, thats why stereo is needed for use the binaural beats trick, if we dont need it we dont need the stereo. I-doser with speakers, cool.
Any comments on my idea? It can work? Any wanna try?
Sorry for the bad english.
Idea: New way of administrating doses
The reason these beats work is because your brain has to mix these frequencies together to make a beat. Therefore your brain has to synchronize with these beats. So stereo is the only way it can work, otherwise you will just hear a manufactured wave and your brain wont synch with it. I am not entirely sure how the dreamachine works, but I imagine its different than binaural brainwave synchronization because it deals with sight.
