In a vehicle

Post by Clowd »

Hey, my family and I are going to be going on vacation. As you all know, when your not driving, car trips suck ass. so what I would like to do is to be able to sleep the whole car ride with, sleeping angel, or insomniac.

Is this at all possible to dose in a moving vehicle? If anyone knows, do you have some tips.
For the most part, ill have an eye cover, and a pillow, a laptop+idoser, and my highquality gaming headphones. Anything else should i bring.
I want this too work :P

Well, im gonna try it tommorow on the trip, but ive put the file on my Zen Vplus. Ive got stereo earbuds, which are highquality, and a pillow. My plan is to listen to insomniac on the car ride, and let my self relax entirely, with some relaxation and breathing techniques i believe ill be lulled into a nice sleep :)

And anouther tip i thought of for people using eye doser.
When dosing close your eyes (yes, even with an eye cover) and look upwards (with your eyes closed), this eye possistion sends alpha waves to your brain and will help you relax more. Basically its a meditation technique.

Yeah, I listen to doses whenever I'm on long trips. They seem to work OK in planes (if you have noise canceling earbuds), but the motion a car makes can be kinda distracting.

For me, it actually makes it easier to concentrate
