It is a new dose they came out with and I was thinking of getting it, but it left me a little lost. Do I listen to it while exercising or while laying down and relaxing? Also what exactly will it do (increase my metabolism, curb hunger)

Did you read the description?
Combine this with some moderate exercise and a healthy diet, and Diet Plus can greatly enhance a real-work diet regimen.

but what do they mean by "enhance"

Enhance the effects of it, as in make you lose weight quicker. It speeds up metabolism when combined with exercise or something.

Well I can't see this working while jogging, you surely need to be in the normal area to do doser beats. This will just stimulate your brain to increase metabolism, or decrease hunger perhaps.

But it will not do it alone, it might act off of your increased metabolism from exercise, or your increased hunger from dieting.

Maybe it works because it gets people to exercise and diet every day to see if it really works. 8)

Ok well I got it and it is like 30 minutes, what do you guys think, should I listen to this in the morning, at night before I go to sleep, or right before I start to work out?

Right before you work out. If I understand the description correctly it's another stimulant dose, so it'll just get the blood pumping and give you some energy.
