quick question

Post by sharpshot1023 »

I just started using idoser, and i always do it in my bed at night when my room is completly dark. i heard you have to close your eyes, is that just when there's light in the room? becuase when i close my eyes with idoser they start slightly twitching and it messes up my concentration....so since it's dark in my room can i just keep my eyes open?

Go for it. After ~5 minutes of keeping your eyes open in a completelty dark room your brain will begin to hallucinate, causing interesting OEVs. The beats could enhance those OEVs further.

I've actually always had my eyes closed while dosing, however I got an eye cover to help me with this a few months ago so not only the light from my computer/monitor would seep through my relaxed eyelids. I'd have to say that I have never seen any particularly interesting CEVs but I can say that blocking out the visual world completely helped me feel more acute physical sensations from dosing.
