PC Formated How recover my doses?

i has formated my pc and the doses now not work what can i do?
can i recover or i neeed purchase again? help... aprox 400 us

uhhh...well
when you downloaded I-doser 4.5 you shouldve installed it into a file...called i-doser
if you didnt delete the file they should be in there

i has copied all doses before formating , but when i try to useit appear a message that say: this doses not are from this computer. then i has send messages for support in the store asking the same but i dont recibed response :cry:

well than i dont know what to say you should have them if you didnt delete them...

Once youve opened one it only works on your comp or something XD
Reformatting would have changed something on your comp somewhere that makes it not the same, so the dose wont work maybe XP
Did you change your computers name? XD

Email the company. They'll look at your record (log of doses you purchased) and hopefully they'll send you the ones that you've bought in the past.

When you purchage doses they are added to the My Account section in the store.

All doses can be REdownloaded 2 times.
So 3 downloads total, but you obviously allready used 1 the first time.

So all you have to do is get your FRESH doses back is login into the store, go to my account, find the purchage "receipt" and the downloads will be there.

when i download the doses; all times open a page whit some tipe of error whit many text and the download dont start but the server takeit how downloaded, now when i try the download; many doses are whit cero and the support follow whitout reply i send a new message now i wait this time they can respond; some one has have the same trouble?

well in my login account say contactus then i click there and send the messages; exist some email for the staff? and yesterday and today i cant enter to the store appear this in firefox and iexplorer:
