Differences between Out of Body and Astral Projection doses?

I was just wondering what was the difference between these 2? Because I thought that Out of Body basically was Astral Projection. I haven't tried either of them, but the only difference that Ive read from the descriptions was that Out of Body was labeled as "Strong" and Astral Projection was labeled as "Very Strong".

Astral projection is going into the astral plain, while oob is staying in this world in spiritual form.
