So I read about WILD.
What do you have to concentrate on while meditating? What's your goal?

When I try to get a WILD, I normally visualize an object, thinking about how it is to touch it and so on. After a while it starts to become more realistic and I start to see other things as well. Maybe movement or like a little movie playing in my mind (last time I saw an strange metallic dinosaur spinning around). After that everything turns into a lucid dream.
Most of you got it wrong. You have to think of ONE thing and ONE thing only! If other toughts comes into your mind block them away. You can stare at a object or think of something but you must consetrate one one thing only and make your mind clean of other toughts. You wont be able to do this for very long but practise makes perfect. If you practise this later you will be able to clean your mind completly and think of nothing. This is when you go into a sort of trance it feels great! What I do is count your breathing on every exhale and think of nothing els. Try to make it to 10 and later move on to 20. But dont cheat if some toughts comes into your mind start over again.
