Error #11

Hi, I'm french, so excuse-me if you don't understand

I install I-doser, and I restart my computer, and I have an error : Oleaut32.dll (I use Windows 98SE)... I read the solution on this forum and my computer was right.
But now, when I want to lunch I-Doser, a new error :
Error 11

The application closes, and I can't use I-Doser

Help me please.

If I understand, Windows 98 SE can't run I-Doser :/
I read it can ! Maybe I have to try I-Doser v3.
