Confused About Wierd Effect

Post by Lessaj »

Irregardless of what dose I'm listening to, and irregardless of if I'm under my covers or not, I constantly get this wierd feeling that is a little hard to describe, but I'll try. There's actually a few that I feel, one is this feeling like "OMG I HAVE TO MOVE" and I know that if I do, it'll break my concentration, but it's so hard to resist. That feeling ties in with another one, which is my leg (usually right) musles tensing up and then shaking for a second, and I assume this is to get rid of the feeling of needing to move.

Another feeling is this tightening sensation right below my rib cage. It almost feels like a really strong hunger feeling, except instead of at your stomach, it's below your cage where your diaphragm is.

And a final feeling is mostly when I'm under my covers, but after a while of concentrating (no more than a couple minutes) I start having trouble breathing. In the case of being under the covers, it feels like the covers are several times heaver against my chest, but even without the covers it becomes difficult to breath at times.

These things are ruining my attempts at trying to enjoy a dose since they are constantly getting in the way, and like I said, they show up on any dose. Whether it be ecstasy, opium, peyote, or even the reset, I can't enjoy the doses because of it. Any thoughts on what can be done about this or even why it may be happening?

The need to move is nothing to do with idoser, as I also get it when trying to meditate and trying to astral project. It's kind of like when someone says "don't touch this, it's hot" and it just makes you wanna touch it all the more. Best thing to do is to distract yourself.

Alright I'll give that a try. I'll try and see if I can see through the reset dose without having that feeling to move, and if I can do that, I'm going to try out Opium, and if not I'm going to try sitting through French Roast, as it's only 5 minutes.

Here we go.

Well I was able to sit through the french roast without a problem (decided to try that one first). Moving on to Opium.

EDIT: Managed to get through opium. No effects however.
