It is a sad state. The internet is dying. I suspect, though, that should they deal a death blow to the net, the underground will have something to say about it. I expect some serious retaliation from the underground of hackers and crackers. Hopefully it'll be brilliant.

If it uses an internet connection, i assume it will be shut down. Unless you subscribe to the site that you downloaded it from or something.

The government has difficulty operating in a world where information flows as freely as it has since the advent of the internet.

Yeah, thats true, ill admit that, and yeah, pirating wasnt ever supposed to happen, and the internet was for the US army originally, but then again, why send us back all these years, evolutionarily?

I doubt high level ISPs would tell these guys they are switching their subscription models in 4 years - this group is known for their conspiracy theory style rants, and their round tables used as advertising viral style videos to get people to visist their site.

Not to mention, net models changing has been fluff rumor for about 10 years now, but if it happens we'll make sure I-Doser is on your 29.95 plan. ;)

I doub't it'll occur. Many businesses will fall due to their dependencies on the web, such as; I-doser labs.

I-doser labs distributes it's products throughout the web, in which case, they may not be featured among the chosen websites for the 'new internet'.

I suppose we should protest against it, in any way we possibly can, to ensure the safety of net neutrality.
