Ok, thanks. Tried opium and just felt like a very warm feeling took all my body, after that my arms were very heavy. I think that it isn`t suppoused to be the real effect that i should get so i wanted to ask : Does it took a lot of practice and time to get the full effects ? I just have read that it`s quite hard for some people to get any effects.

Yeah, The more you listen the more used to it your brain will get. You should get better effects next time you try.
