Sound Proof Earbuds

I've been using sound proof earbuds for my doses now, will these earbuds change the effectiveness off my doses negatively? Ever since i got them i have found a definite change in how comfortable i can get but i feel doses are becoming less effective, anybody else use them?

You sure you're EQ is not on or maybe you're playing the dose too loud.
I use earbuds and they always seem to work for me.

You can't really know what the problem is definitely until you try it a couple times. It could be you're just out of it at the moment.
It could be your ear buds. The I-Doser site and admins continually claim you need the best of the best headphones to achieve a Dose at maximum effectiveness. Although, I find occasionally that my computer speakers (which are worth about $20) seem to do just as good as my headphones (which are worth hundreds of dollars).
