Well I have this doubt .. In what should I concentrate while having a dose ? The beats ? Or that high pitch noise ?

Try to concentrate on everything. But normally what I conentrate on is the vibration sort of like sound, The beat in other words.

I focus on the background noise, but each with their own way.

I like to focus on the pink noise in the background. That's the "whoosh" sound you hear in the back of the beats.
