Doses "Skip"?

Post by ECHOecho »

This is really starting to bug me, and I hope you guys could help.

While I'm kicking back and listening to whichever dose I choose, there comes a point (about once every 20 seconds) where there will be a break - in the white noise, the beats... everything. Does anybody have an idea why?

(It's not my headphones. I already tested that one.)

It could be your headphone's connection to the computer. If not, i have experienced the same thing with my itunes and such...when im running a bunch of programs and my computer has been on for a while it freezes for a few seconds, it's possible that your i-doser program is doing that. Make it the only window running, and if it persists, restart your comp. If it still persists, uninstall and redownload it.

Hit Ctrl+Alt+Del, go to the Processes tab, right click I-Doser, go to Priority and set it to Realtime. But don't expect the computer to be able to do anything else while the program is running.

Does it occur in all doses, or in certain ones?
Because some doses have "clicking" noises that remind me of skips.

Well some doses have sounds that may remind you of clicks...i've distinctly heard clicks in some before and pretty sure it's not skipping, so that may be up to your judgement
