I need help dosing :)

I just recently started to dose but it doesnt seem to work??? How exactly are you suppose to do it???
for starters i have amazing
JVC Stereo Headphones (HA-G101) are those good???
second
i am always at my comp when dosin
third i have svere ADHD so its really hard for me to concentrate on the dose \please tell me how to dose??? i would really love to dose

Also i just now put my playback control to
no bass and no treble is that good or do i need a certian bass abd treble???
