loading doses

i got 3 free doses because i emailed my friend about i-doser and when i open them with i-doser it says
there has been an error loading the drg. file
error number:52
error description:bad file name or number
error source:idoser

Weird, I get the same problem too. I can't open ANY doses. is there any technical support for I doser?

Yeah I always get that when I click on the dose in my documents to open it when Idoser isn't running,
but IF you open Idoser first, then do open dose, THEN find the drug file, it should work

Well I open the does when I-doser IS Alrady open. The error message STILL Comes out. Thres also another one i've been getting too that stops me from opening ANY doses. It's in my other thread.
