I-Doser Lucid Dream
If i use I-Doser Lucid Dream mp3 and repeat it on my ipod while i go to bed will it increase my time of remaining lucid?

It depends.
If you are used to lucid dreaming and have lucid dreams on a regular basis, there is a chance that the dose will give you longer and or more realistic.
If you are new to lucid dreaming, the chance is low that the dose will do anything to you.
Anyway, the lucid dream can not be longer than your REM sleep. REM sleep will rarely last longer than 30 minutes, so you wont be able to dream longer than that.
