visualizations?

hey do any of you actually use visualizations during your dose?

Do you use the idoser visualization or a nomal one(milkdrop,G-force, ect...)

Do you think visualizations can help the effects in any way?

I don't use them, but I suppose there is an upside and a downside.

They give you something to focus on, which can help, but at the same time your screen is probably bright and with your eyes open there is a lot more room for distraction.
