Okay so here it is.
I am looking for what would improve my sleeping (that is helping me to fall asleep as well as stay asleep). I tend to wake up a lot. Most of the time if I start dreaming I wake up because I know I am asleep. So I may also be looking for some help with LD so I can keep my self asleep while the dream goes on.
But back to the sleep. I have been on and off ambien. What dose would have effects kind of like ambien? I am not talking about the part the puts you to sleep its how your thought patterns change if you wait for the effects.
I know there has to be a few people here that know what i am talking about (ambien). I have found it works best for me if I wait for the effects and then fight them for 30 min then if I lay down I fall asleep.
