1) Eyes open or closed (Does each dose vary)
2) Concentrate on a focal point, the noise it self, or nothing?
3) On the preview for the cd pack the peyote has music playing over the noise, does playing music in media player / itunes help?
So far the only one with noticeable effects was Lucid dream. I was lying in a dark room eyes closed completely relaxed. I didn't have any lucid dreams, but i had some very vivid day dreams (i guess you would call them seeing how i was still awake.) Also the Theta seemed to work, tried it last night and woke up a lot easier this morning.

All these questions have been answered in the Ask the Admin board, but I will sum them up for you.
1) Eyes closed is the best. You can have them open, but when closed you can relax better as well as there is an increase in alpha.
2) Concentrate on something if it helps you relax or makes you feel as if the beat will work more efficiently.
3) Playing music does not help as there can be problems with the frequencies mixing, especially with binaural beats. The background track from I-Doser's beats have been created and tested to relax the mind without causing loss of effectiveness.
