i am new to i doser. And i just tried tripqh (was my second dose ever). I didnt feel awfully much. I have a headphone which can take 20-20khz, it was silent, dark, and the tripqh was on
what is wrong?

also, don't expect it to work the second time 100%, it took me like 4 trys untill i actually felt something.
