Is this normal?

i listened to gate of hades, 3 mins in i felt REALLy light and that my body was spinning.

5 mins in, i heard a man distantly shouting to my right side.
there are no windows to my RIGHT side where i was laying and there was only mum in the house and she was DOWNSTAIRS.

Is this normal for gate of hades?

I'd imagine that session uses Theta brainwaves. For me, that's the freakiest. I always hear random things when listening to it. Sometimes to such a bad extent that I must turn it off! (although I've gotten braver ). If you use it before you go to bed you'll have the strangest dreams. Not very good for you though as it replaces lost sleep, still cool though!

I hear music and singing. Depends on the person. I often wonder whether the brain is getting bored of the sounds of i-doser so it creates it own sounds (at the same frequency) to amuse you...
