Weird..

So i tested this out for the first time
I did everything right but it isnt working for me..

I tested :
TripQH - No effect
AcidQH - I only got a feeling that i was fully waked up but that was only for a few minuts
Nitrous - No effect

I tried Marijuana too but i used on my mp3 some 3D settings so i didnt counted that one?

So what am i doing wrong i use mp3 and earphones.

Also Bitrate is 320 of the mp3 files , is that bitrate right?

If you've read through the forum, some people get it right away, for others, you have to take them over and over for your brain to get used to it. Just keep trying.

same thing, ur brain needs to get used to it. plus, maybe try some that take more than 10 minutes. i don't think that's long enough, especially if you haven't experienced any effects yet

Have you met all the basic requirements? Eyes shut, dark room, nothing to disctract you, comfortable position, relax, dose on, count backwards from a ridiculously high number, if your mind wanders snap back to counting, if the counting goes wrong ignore it, don't ask yourself "is it working?"...

I usually forget what number i'm at if i count down. I'm gonna try a dose today, I just don't know which one.

pick a random number from 500 to 1000

When you get to 0 open your eyes to see if anything has changed, if it hasnt close them again and do the same thing.

thats too much counting for me... i count down from 100 and usualy pass out by 70.. lol

i think im gettin too comfortable
