Very first dose - Tranquil

Post by MagicalTree »

I decided after reading around a little bit that I should start off with something more relaxing. I saw Tranquil on the anti-anxiety list and decided to give it a go.

The first few minutes were kind of uncomfortable, probably due to the fact that I listened to about 1 min. of Hand of God on youtube, which really freaked me out when high pitched static suddenly screamed into my ears. After about 5 min. I could feel my stomach starting to loosen up, along with my shoulders and legs. The description said it wouldn't put the user to sleep, but I did start to get kind of drowsy.

I let my mind drift into a kind of sedated state. I was starting to get some imagery, just like before the mind drifts into sleep. The pictures started to clear up a little bit and I realized I was watching a first-person view of myself driving my car on a snowy road with different colored arrows pointing to different roads. I was feeling very relaxed and happy at this moment. Weird squiggles started coming into view which reminded me of confetti. The snow covered road was become covered with this confetti like material.

I opened my eyes for some reason and I just felt amazing, even though I was staring into my pitch black room. My head felt heavy, and my arms and legs felt like stones, but in a good way. The sounds slowly drifted back to nothingness and I was left in a tranquil state. I took my headphones off and my computer fan sounded really weird, probably because I heard the same wave for 30 min. I think this dose was well worth the time and money, it definately relaxed me and put me into a tranquil state of mind. 8)

Yea I figured there was a difference between the sound once I actually listened to a real DRG file on my computer.
