Beginning my experiences

Post by smatt454 »

I recently tried a few doses of i-doser. My first two were form speakers, because i didnt have headphones. I actually felt some effects, despite the poor practice.

So far the doses have gotten better (i havent taken any twice)..but i havent felt anythign concrete. Some make me feel numb, but idk if it's cuz my hands are asleep. Some make me feel amazing, but i do not know if this is a placebo effect.

To clarify, I have felt effects. They were more than a little....exciting but not mind blowing. I know someone who did heroin (the real drug) and i described what the dose felt like and she said it was close (i know she wasnt just agreeing.....and i had no idea what to expect).

I know the general tips like lying in the dark, no distractions, good headphones.

I still have an open mind, and I want to train my mind. I want to get up to where the doses are realistic, and then try gate of hades.

So I have to questions

1) What is the best/fastest way to train for i-doser (specifics if you have any)
2) What is the best way to train for gates of hades (after doses work better for me)

learn to clear your mind of other thoughts - it's basically meditation.

For me, the only thing i think about while dosing is the effects I want, and it seems to have worked.

Then again, i haven't had to do much training - maybe someone who tried for a long time before they felt much would be able to better answer your questions.

Are there any doses that are known to work better. I've still only taken a couple (well, last night I tried lucid dreaming, which didnt work). Do the effects really get better over time. If I feel some effects right away, how long will it take (on average)? Also, are there doses known for working for more "newbies" than others?

And btw...I have stereo headphones, but they are pretty cheap. I know higher quality is better, but for now, will I be able to eventually feel most of the effects with those?

I used the headphones that came with my iPod for my first few doses

As for which doses are most effective - it's weird, and different for everyone. I don't know if there is a way to know what will work for you and what won't.

Over-ear headphones are a lot more effective

Are they really? Why?

A pair of earbuds correctly inserted blocks out sound just as well.

if you read guides, it specifically says that you will get no effects form using speakers.

the sounds you hear form idoser is 2 frequencies. there is a different one coming out of each ear bud and the goal is to make you brain meet the frequency inbetween the 2 frequencies.

SO, when you play idoser through speakers, you have both frequencies mixing and hitting both ears which nullifies the effect.

you NEED to use earphones or earbuds

If you have surround sound, speakers could kind of work. But over ear headphones work the best out of anything.
