What constitutes an "Advanced User"?

What exactly is an advanced user and how do you know if you are one? Like, how many times or for how long do you have to have been I-dosing before you can take the doses that say "for advanced users only"?

ehh to me it really dosent matter, the doses dont work for me all that often anyway so i just take whatever sounds kool and go with it.

Whenever you think you are ready. Those doses are just stronger and they don't want random newbies using them.
