I fcked up

First timed i tried opium it was awesome seconds times and about 5 other worked it was cool those weird minds and body shit was insane but i thought i search some tips for focusing and i found i used them but they only reversed all now i only fell 1 min effect after 30 and more minutes listening what i should to do i doser stoping working for me :( :crybaby: should i use reset and start again from nothing?

I suggest judicious use of punctuation. That way, we just might be able to tell exactly what the hell you're asking.
