volume setting

i wonder where should i set the volume slider on idoser i am trying multiple o im not sure how high to set it as it seems kinda hard on the ears

just put it at a comfurtable (sorry my spelling sucks) level. Not too loud and not too quiet.

I pretty much agree with ookpaya. The FAQ says that if it's too loud it can mess with the effectiveness of the dose. I totally agree. I had started playing my doses quite loud, thinking "more is better." At that point, the benefits started decreasing.

Then, after reading the FAQ, I tried listening to it softly, and BAM - the effects started coming back. So just listen to it a a softer but comfortable volume. You want to have it so you can hear it, but just soft and relaxing. Let us know how that works for you. :)
