Ok, I downloaded the I-doser + All (most) of the .drg doses
I close my eyes and listen with good earphones..
Unfortunately I can't last a full dose.. 45minutes is far too much just to be laying around, max I did was like 20minutes but I didn't feel anything
Am I doing everything right or wrong? help

Many hours? Try Many years. Some of our doses have been in development for years with many phases of QA testing so everyone can get the best possible effects.
Most torrents are fake copies of doses anyway - people have this obsession with creating complete torrents of all our doses so they buy one or two, copy them, and then rename and edit them to the names of all the other ones just so they can say they have a complete torrent. So for all getting these through torrents, so expect them to work.
As for the MP3s, compression messes up the binaural signals - so those won't work at all. I-Doser has a patent pending process for creating our mp3 versions.
