The fan is on
so anyways, ive must have tried at least 10 different doses with no luck at all. i did every thing right, laid down, lights off, focused on the sounds, nothing. i realized something that might be fucking this up for me. the fan in my room has always been on high, and i can hear it in the background in all my doses. do you think this as something to do with why ive never felt any effects?

I found very quickly that if you ever feel an effect and try to describe it that it goes away faster than it came. So just work on focusing on the music
