What is the recommended dose for a new guy?

can anybody list me the order in which to try the doses please?

First Love , Marijuana (or Hash .. it isn't so strong) , Heroine (cause some doses won't work , and this can blow you away) , Nitrous , Quickhappy (5 minutes dose )


and if u don't have time try :

CocaineQH , SpeedQH , PeyoteQH (maybe it will work , the longer version sucks ;p)

Cocaine was my breakthrough dose. A lot of people suggest nitrous though.
