placebo solution...
alot of people say its just placebo blah blah. ive never tried any yet myself, just interested in it and im reading up on it alot. but why doesnt someone get a bunch of doses together and before hearing any of them, play one at random . then when its over compare the results to the dose that was played....?
I did that... I used demerol (never read anything about it or even heard of it). When it was done, I felt tingly, numb, smooth, and pain free (not that I had any pain to start with, but to sum it all up, I just felt "good"). I looked up the description, and sure enough, that's pretty much what it said

ever since i read that someone thought it was a placebo effect, doses have stopped working for me i did some tests on friends and family members without telling them what it was, but nobody got effects. then some of my friends tried it later after telling them what it was and it started working for them... but not me
Odds are, your brain isn't able to entrain to the waves yet, it takes time, certain ones will probably work in the beginning a lot better (Adrenaline worked first time, I heard yelling first time I did the Heroin Dose, not a real effect of heroin, but the brain's trying).
You can do research on Binaural beats, brain wave entrainment is real, but it's a very new technology. Maybe in ten years entrainment will be as potent as the real deal.
Who knows though
