Monatomic gold and Lucid dreams

I'm new on this forum
I was woundering what you guys think about ORME
it is monatomic gold
which is really helps in lucid dreamming
I took some of white powder of gold and it really helps in LD
also I can chose about what to dream.
I didn't have dreams before but now evry night I can see a lot of interesting dreams
