Few beginner questions

I have a few questions about the headphones I'm using. I've got two pairs: Koss earbud's (http://www.koss.com/koss/kossweb.nsf/p? ... pc^eb^PLUG) and Pleomax PHS-7000 dynamic stereo headphones.

For music I use Koss because of the enchanted bass, but maybe that doesn't go well with i-doser? Witch one would you suggest?

Also there's a switch called "3D". Should I enable it?

almost anything will work as long as your getting the seperate frequencies in your head.

Anything that costs at least 5$ should work. iPod headsets don't work. Just make sure that they shoot different tones into each ear.
