First off I'm quite new to I-doser, although I have had the program for over a year, I have not used it since I thought it was just placebo because no dose worked for me.
Now however I have started using it once more to see if it works since it apparently does for alot of people.
Anyway I tried a few doses with little to no effect then decided to try the worst one that I somehow got my hands on. So here's my experience; since I'm quite new I didn't really trip that much.
It started at about 10% in on the 30mins dose that I got really scared for no particular reason, then I started sweating real bad. I got very nervous and just wanted to get it overwith but I kept going all along. Even though I was wearing eye covers I was looking around nervously because I thought someone was gonna come into the room all the time, and I heard knock-like sounds. (I don't know if these were in the dose or real.) Anyway, at about 90-95% my friend opened my door without me knowing it and hit the lightswitch so the lights went out. I almost crapped my pants seeing the lights go out and then a silhouette standing in my door so I screamed and dropped on the floor so the earphones unplugged.
I was supposed to meet a couple friends at a nearby park and I had 40mins to go so I thought why not take an I-dose while waiting and one of them got there early so he came to visit and my parents apparently let him in.
Anyway when he scared the hell out of me I felt very anxious and nervous looking around my back all the time. As it was time to leave the house, right before we went out I saw a grey cat outside my window and I was like "hhaaah!" pointing at the cat and my friend was like wth it's just a cat.
Then we went out of the house and a lady was walking by my driveway with her dog and she scared the shit out of me, when she noticed I got scared she giggled and went by.
Next we were walking toward the park and I got really scared by the same cat again, then we reached the park and the two girls we were supposed to meet was sitting on a bench and I was looking behind my back all the time and they were like "What's up? Why are you acting so weird?" and then my friend told them about what I'd just done and they were like wth is that thing making you so scared?
Anyway I just got scared by stupid things like a door opening slowly or something and they were like stop it! I was just nervous because I thought something were going to come behind me and kill me or something. I've never been that scared my whole life. After like 30mins it started wearing off and I became normal again.
I think those with more I-doser experience would get a different experience than I did, since I'm kind of a newb to this. Maybe one with some hallucinations or a kind of trip I dunno.
Anyway now I'm trying to get better at this and I'm going to buy better earphones because I'm using Koss Porta Pro which leaks alot of sounds and also lets sound in, so some good cover ones.
Anyway have a nice one and if you somehow get over this dose I'd like to hear your experience of it.
