I want a Dose that No other Dose is like...

1) So PowerFull that it Will Work For EVERYONE ( EVEN PEOPLE WHO DONT GET A EFFECT FROM THE OTHER DOSES)
2) VERY VERY VERY POWERFUL!
3) 1 Hour Long
