Crying always makes me feel better. It relieves some of the stress and makes it easier to deal with the problem (but sometimes I just can't cry for some reason, even though I'm a big cry baby D: )

I can see where they're going with this. I think perhaps a stronger anti-depressant or mood elevator or something would be good?

I'd definitely consider this one. It's great to force a good cry sometimes, but not always that easy.

I think it's a good idea, because tears of sadness are different then tears of pain, they carry out chemicals from your brain that cause you to feel sad.

Therefore once you're finished crying, you feel really good, so it would probably be a good idea for naturally releasing stress.

I like the idea of s crying dose. There is nothing wrong with crying. Even the strongest of humans cry, and it's a healthy, natural way of letting out emotions. The idea that men shouldn't cry is a dumb 20th century idea. Everyone should cry. As children we cry to show that we are hurt and need help, then we are taught crying is for babies for stupid reasons.

Well throwing up burns the entire lining of your throat not to mention the acid wears down the enamel on your teeth. If you want to vomit by all means destroy your esophagus and your mouth and get mouth cancer while u r at it.
