I was just wondering, what does it mean if something is like 13-30Hz? I have Beta and it says Pure (13-30 Hz), But I don't know what it means, I'm just curious I suppose you can say.

Thats the beta range. I beleive that dose brings you all the way through the beta range.

Haha I still dont even know what that means. Like the range and whatnot. Maybe I am just hardheaded
