Astral Projection
So, last night, I tried the dose Astral projection. I started out with my hands by my sides, and they gradually got more and more numb, until i could not feel my arms or legs at all. I felt me drifting away from myself. I started to drift into thought and right then, my whole body jerked violently. It was like I was being forced back into my body. It was a great experience.
