How should I feel? (experience log too)

Post by Jan de stink »

Hey everyone, I'm kinda new to i-Doser. I believe it works, but I still have a few questions.
For example: What way should I feel?
I've had a few doses untill now, and some of them felt really good, though I keep questioning whether I get the right effect or whether it's just one big placebo effect.

My first dose was French Roast.
I thought I'd take a light one, just to try it out. I had also never been on the forum . So already before I played it, my heart started pounding a little harder, just because I was very excited and even a little bit scared, too.
During the dose my heart started to pound like crazy, I was really excited about what I was going to feel.
So this way, the dose didn't have any chance of having effect, and even if it did, I wouldn't had felt anything, I already was energetic as hell, even before trying the dose.
Actually, a more recent try with French Roast did have some results. I was lying in bed and then put it on, just before I was getting to sleep. I was very tired, so I thought it might achieve some effect. I pressed "play" and lied down very relaxed, just letting the dose do its work. And it actually worked a little. I opened my eyes more widely, feeling less tired. But eventually, after five minutes, I fell asleep. :D

More experiences will eventually follow, I have done other doses such as SpeedQH, which I also have some things to write about.

When doing a dose, what should I feel? Should I be totally unconcious, or not ? Sometimes, during some of the doses I tried (not the light ones like F roast), I felt kinda like the sound "took over", and somehow I was not really aware that I was lying in my room, but that feeling always disappeared again, after maybe 5 seconds. Should I feel like this the entire time? What state of awareness are you in during your doses?

oh, and I ordered new headphones :)
Sennheiser CX500

I've not bought them to use with I-doser in particular (I just couldn't stand my €0,70 ones anymore) But I think they'll definitely do better than the €0,70 earbuds from china I'm using right now.

I have the Sennheiser HD555s, they're also pretty good. :D

Yeah dude those are still good. I don't think there's actually a pair called the CX 500, just the CX 300 and 400.

Good choice buying Sennheiser though.
